We plugged it in, but the mice still seemed to stick around. We killed a spider right by the device! Our house is small so it should have been able to handle it. I tried all the settings I could think of. Also tried it in different plugs. Hopefully you'll have better luck. 26 of 29 people found the following review helpful. Ants R Gone By A Customer I live in a condominium with apartments above and to the sides of mine. At least once every couple of months I would have an infestation of ants. After several months, there is no detectable difference except for a slightly larger utility bill.I think the spiders are better at keeping out the insects.I definitely feel like a sucker for buying this.
