The Easy Set is a VAST improvement over older types of Havahart traps; use is as simple as it gets! This 1082 trap catches the chipmunks that dig in my deck planters. Using unsalted peanuts and a handful of bird seed (sunflower), the trap started doing its job the first day. I also have a larger, older version that catches squirrels. I plan to replace the older version with another Easy Set, as both the set up, and more importantly the release, are a snap. I expect to also use the 1082 to trap any rats that may come into my attic this winter. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
