I was so impressed with the first one I bought, I bought two more. One of them stopped working after about 3 kills. I've tried everything suggested to get it to work. If nothing worked, I contacted AgirZap. They asked me to send it, so they could inspect. She sent me a letter saying that my warranty was invalid due to water damage, but I could buy a refurbished unit at a discounted price if one was available. I loved the Zapper in their case a Rat's Nest plastic so it was protected from water, so I do not think the water was the problem. It is an expensive product and they must be replaced. Now I'm out the money you paid for it plus the cost of shipping back to them. Horrible! I suggest buying a similar product at Home Depot. It has not worked IN15 day by Charron It caught a mouse about a week and half later, I thought when I took two it would take at least two. Today is the 28th April, I use this product tabled on 11 April is a slow process I know it is not at least one other rodent species present, but the zapper was still working.
