It keeps the rats from nesting in the engine bay hot tub skangirl As I struggled to keep the mice out of the engine compartment of the spa on my deck. (They leave the nest and droppings, etc.) This product is not toxic, but it definitely keeps your mouse hand in the tank. Rat-away smell of peppermint, if you do not notice the smell of the first days after I applied. I have more bags, saturated with a few drops of concentrated liquid. Important: Remember to reapply the fluid every 4 weeks or mouse back. More importantly, make sure that the bottle has a high solids. Some bottles have a rubber cap dropper falls apart (I assume that the contact with the liquid), the liquid coming out from everywhere. By Chelle I purchased this product, and the little pouch bag to put it in to try to keep mice out of my 30 ft pull behind camper trailer, which we use almost every weekend. We could not keep enough traps baited holes and glued enough and filled with steel wool to keep mice out there. I had decided to read some of the rave reviews about this product, and that I at least try it. I ordered the biggest bottle and two sets of bags. Well, my camper smells absolutely wonderful. As far as I can attest. Could, however, mice have cared less if the product was made, I found mouse droppings in small envelopes that I had thoroughly saturated with this concentrate. Now my motor home smell fantastic and so is the car as I walked up and threw one of the envelopes are not just for the smell. But still have the mouse problem. Lots of mice !!!!! Then I bought shake Rodent Repellent Granules Fox Urine and sprayed the entire exterior of my car and I'm happy to say that I have no problem with the mouse.
