I live in a community house in the city and rats are common in this neighborhood. Rats love our backyard down to the ground cover and in our front yard stairs. My husband and I killed the rats by trapping, but unfortunately caught birds and squirrels in them. Some other poisons that we use makes the sick rats and are therefore open to suffering the havoc that kills and has nothing to do but notice less activity and holes. Bunch We have a rental unit and tenant complained of several mice in the house. They have said they have been around 2 weeks they have seen poop or mice running around the house.
