He has worked for me at JP, I moved to hire an urban property that had rats living in the canopy and nesting in oleanders around the property. I spoke with a local pest control company, who said to try this product before you hire someone or products more expensive. I was warned that it works for 80% of people who try, usually due to lack of people who live in areas where rats are already accustomed to living in close proximity preditors, there are coyotes in my case (apparently roof rats are not afraid of family cats as their proximity to cats is irrelevant). I have recommended the purchase gauze (or socks) and put the golf ball size portions of the material, tie the end and start in 10 'steps rats were everywhere. I put in the shed lint balls, one ball in each oleanders, and in the corners of the property. I have not seen since the mouse. They stayed for three months without any sign of them anywhere on my property or even my neighbor's property away, it's not much rain, so the product does not get wet, because I put it in the bushes. I have tried bleach, I tried filling the holes with steel wool and the openings covered with tape when not in use, Peppermint / Spearmint combinations, jumping dryer sheets could ..... L Literally every suggestion I had heard from others who said it would work. I've tried them all. I bought the Flip 3 pounds of granular rodent repellent container and place them around the camper on the floor around the concetrating stabilizer jacks and wheels. I fall into my motorhome. Once I got two mice in the fall, I had another mouse in my camper trailer. I am 100% satisfied with this product. He has held every mouse in my motorhome for 2 months now and I fought with them all summer. I have no mouse droppings or any sign of mice. I still have bait traps with peanut butter and they are left intact, so I know that the mice were gone and now remained. I will continue using this product. Surprisingly, the granules do not give a strong odor. It 'just went around my trailer is 30 feet pull behind camper trailer. However, having said that, I put a little 'granules around the sides of the camper which touch the ground just to be safe. I will continue to order this product and reapply if necessary and this will also be sprayed in and around my barn! Great product I wish there was a large container for use in larger areas.
