I always had problems with the electronics/batteries getting wet and ruined or dead rats getting stuck inside. This product has solved both of these problems very nicely. The electronics and battery compartment are INSIDE the lid (nice idea!) and the take apart housing makes it very easy to get the dead animal out. Moore To be honest I'm a wimp about killing animals but obviously can't have a mice problem around food and/or customers so this is the best way to do it if it must be done. You put it in a corner away from view (customers view AND my view!) and forget about it, no noise/sound, no smell, no poison to deal with, no bate at all to deal with...it just works. They crawl in and its all over in a flash. Don't have to touch them, just pour out remains. Makes a hard thing to do as easy as it could possibly be so definately consider this product.
